Bestellen, afleveren, afmelden en ophalen prima verlopen en met een paar klikken geregeld. Vriendelijke chauffeur die goed meedacht.

Heel tevreden over puincontainershop. Éen klein dingetje zou nog wel handig zijn; bij de bestelling het duidelijke rood/groene lijstje laten zien (wat wel en wat niet in container mag) ipv bij het inplannen van de ophaal afspraak.

Hele proces van bestellen en ophalen verliep soepel. Ook snelle reactie op mijn mail voorafgaand aan de bestelling. Het zou nog beter zijn als ze iets meer duidelijkheid geven over de planning van het ophalen (range van tijdstip), het was onduidelijk welk dagdeel (of eigenlijk zelfs welke dag) ze zouden komen.

Het plaatsen is geen probleem echter het ophalen vind ik minder. Stond gepland voor 25 juni ophalen Vervolgens 29 juni gebeld waarom de container nog niet was opgehaald. Nu is het 2 juli en de bak staat er nog steeds.
